CHRISTMAS SESSIONS will be scheduled by appointment ONLY!

Sessions will be in our Colleyville Studio. These are for a 30 minute session.

Please do not hesitate to give us a call should you have any questions.  

 Your $100 Deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable to another session should you not be able to make your appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances.  Due to the recommended guidelines, we will social distance and will require your assistance to help fix hair/clothing/pose your children should we need that assistance.  If anyone in your family have been exposed to Covid19 or anyone has a temperature of 99.9 + we ask you to give us a call to reschedule.  As our terms mention, we do ask for a 48 hr notice should you not be able to make your appointed time.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather (outdoor portraits only) Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.  Should client be late, we will need to reschedule to another day if there are no time slots available same day. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: It is understood that Studio Twenty2, LLC / Rebecca Blacker is the exclusive photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested of this Agreement. Should the Studio/Photographer not be able perform the services of this Agreement due to fire, other casualty, act of God, other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Studio shall return any deposit or session fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. 

MODEL RELEASE: This contract serves as a model release giving the Photographer the right to use the Photographs in advertising, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. The Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of Studio Twenty2. Client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. This release is binding on the Client, their legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.

COPYRIGHT/CLIENT USAGE: All images are protected by federal copyright laws, so please be mindful that it is illegal to copy or download any images taken by Studio Twenty2, LLC without consent. All images (negatives, digital files, pdf's & proofs) including, but not limited to images on Instagram, Facebook, publications or proofing are the exclusive property of Studio Twenty2, LLC. 

This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of both parties. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. I have read and understand this agreement, including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them:
